Everything we build leaves from 7620 Veal Station Rd in Azle, on steel we rolled ourselves. Here is every town we run to, how far it actually is, and who permits a building once you get there.

Why we will not
guess on permits
Texas counties have narrow but real permit authority, and they permit septic, floodplain, platting and addressing regardless of whether a building permit exists. Telling somebody they need no permit and being wrong does not cost us a page rank, it costs them a build. So on these pages a permit rule appears only where the city or county publishes it, and everywhere else we give you the phone number instead.
Not legal advice, and rules change. If you would rather not deal with any of it, permits are part of a dirt-to-finish contract — here is how that runs.
