Privacy Policy
Crestline Steel Buildings LLC ("Crestline", "we") builds and sells steel buildings, carports and materials from 7620 Veal Station Rd, Azle, TX. This page says what we collect about you, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- When you ask for a quote or contact us — on this website, in the 3D builder, by phone, email, or through a dealer: your name, phone, email, address or ZIP code, and the details of the building you want.
- When you answer one of our Facebook or Instagram ads — the answers you submit in the ad's form (usually your name, phone, email, ZIP code and your project questions), plus which ad and campaign you answered. Meta sends these to us only because you submitted the form.
- When you buy — what you ordered, the delivery or install address, your signed agreement and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you use the website — basic technical information such as the pages visited and the link or ad that brought you, so we know which advertising works.
How we use it
- To answer you, prepare your quote, and build and deliver what you ordered.
- To keep the records a business must keep — agreements, invoices and tax records.
- To learn which of our ads and pages bring in customers.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone to market their own products to you.
Who else handles it
Only the companies that run our systems for us, and only to do that: our website and database hosts, our email service, Stripe for payments, and Meta for ads you answer on Facebook or Instagram. If you bought through an authorized Crestline dealer, that dealer sees your order too. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and leads are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable time after. Orders, signed agreements and payment records are kept as long as tax and business law requires.
Deleting your information
To have us delete what we hold about you — including anything that came from a Facebook or Instagram ad:
- Email sales@crestlinesteelbuildings.com with the subject "Delete my data", or call (817) 886-8172.
- Tell us the name and the phone number or email you used, so we find the right records.
- We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. The only things we keep are records the law requires us to keep, such as a signed agreement or an invoice.
You can also ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it, the same way.
Children
Our products are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
